Metal Letters

Metal letters are individually cut using a water jet for an accurate and detailed cut. We use the following types of metals: aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, core-ten, and stainless steel

Plastic Letters are individually cut using a laser if the material is acrylic for a precise, detailed cut. The other types of plastic letters we make are formed plastics. These types of letters are made using an injection mold

Front Lit Channel Letters

Front lit channel letters are illuminated from the front of the letter. The color of the letter is based on the color of the acrylic face of each letter. If a specific color is required that is not from the standard palette, then a special translucent vinyl is applied to the acrylic face so as to achieve the desired color

Back Lit (reverse) Channel Letters

Reverse (or back-lit) channel letters are illuminated from the back of the letter, giving a halo effect to each individual letter. A Lexan (type of plastic) piece is placed on the back of the letter and the LED’s are attached to this piece
